Mount Vernon

Mount Vernon is our new favorite place to go. The boys can run around, there are animals (the basic animals--cow, chickens, sheep, and pigs). There is a working blacksmith shop, which Thomas finds fascinating. We went yesterday late morning, and had a picnic. Super fun on a beautiful day. Oh, and Thomas is genuinely interested in the history of it, too.

My boys love the ladies.

 One look at these photos and you can see why.  How can you resist these smiling faces?

The other day, Thomas told me that he wanted to have an Easter egg hunt and invite only girls.  I asked him which one of the girls in his class was his favorite.  His response?  

"All of them, Mommy."
